We are a busy and growing electrical contracting company looking for a dependable and organized Scheduler / Office Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and professionalism. Experience in construction preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for electrical service calls and ongoing projects
- Coordinate with contractors and clients regarding job timelines, changes, and updates
- Pull permits as needed for jobs and ensure proper documentation
- Schedule inspections and follow up on inspection results
- Perform various administrative and office duties as required (filing, answering phones, data entry, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Experience in scheduling or administrative work preferred
- Familiarity with permit processes and construction industry a plus
- Proficient with computers and scheduling software
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
