What You Will Do
- Direct Operations: Lead daily operations for restaurants, lounges, and banquets.
- Curate the Wine Program: Build and maintain an on-brand, profitable wine portfolio.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage beverage COGS, inventory accuracy, and margin targets.
- Develop Talent: Train, coach, and schedule a high-performing bartending and service staff.
- Host Activations: Support and execute member wine dinners, tastings, and special events.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive hospitality/beverage leadership.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Skills: Expert knowledge of spirits, beer, cocktails, and wine cellar management.
- Discipline: Strong organizational skills handling inventory controls, purchasing, and POS systems.
- Physical: Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Schedule: Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience).
- Performance Incentive: Earn up to an additional 50% of your base salary through our annual Wine Program incentive. Bonuses are based on program growth, revenue goals, cost management, and operational excellence.
