We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance and growth across our DTC business. You’re a storyteller with spreadsheets, a growth driver who protects brand equity, and a collaborator who knows how to turn insight into action. You’ll own our paid media engine, guide partners, and help shape how the world discovers Hammitt.
- Own and optimize Hammitt’s digital growth strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Affiliate and CTV, with a focus on scaling profitable DTC revenue.
- Manage a $5.5M annual paid media budget, pacing and forecasting daily to hit aggressive revenue and efficiency targets (MER, CAC, LTV:CAC).
- Build and run a structured testing engine across creative, audiences, offers and landing pages, ensuring every test balances brand standards with performance goals.
- Improve efficiency and relentlessly optimize the marketing mix to lower blended CAC, keeping our growth engine running lean and mean.
- Dive deep into our customer data and segmentation strategies for high-value cohorts and high-ticket buyers.
- Partner closely with ecommerce, creative, and retention teams to improve CVR across PDPs and checkout, and drive email/SMS to 25–35% of DTC revenue.
- Align media strategy with inventory levels and margin realities, thinking in terms of contribution margin, not just platform‑reported ROAS.
- Turn complex performance data and attribution signals into clear, actionable stories and recommendations for the leadership team and agencies/contractors.
- 5 years in digital/performance marketing for DTC, fashion retail or premium consumer brands
- Hands‑on experience with paid social and paid search; comfort working with agencies/contractors
- Previous budget oversight of $2M–$10M in annual spend
- Strong grasp of CAC, MER, LTV and contribution margin (beyond platform ROAS)
- Fluency in GA4 and Shopify; experience with tools like Triple Whale or Northbeam is a plus
- A mix of analytical rigor, curiosity and love for building brands, not just buying clicks
- Strong communication and analytical abilities, you know how to tell a story through numbers, and present the data confidently.
