The Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Retail will work with the Inside Sales Manager and the Corporate Account Managers assisting with day-to-day activities managing the customer base and administrative activities for the division.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All aspects of order processing including quotations, order input, service orders, and returns.
- Ability to learn the Access database and Infoscan.
- Assist with service orders for Retail team.
- Assist with paid service orders for Retail team.
- Ship samples and marketing materials daily as requested.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of experience of administrative, sales, or other closely related experience.
- Excellent time management skills and communication skills required.
- Design background preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to Multi-Task and Re-Prioritize throughout the day.
- Ability to work under pressure on time-sensitive deadlines.

- Customer service experience in the luxury market a plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
