Position Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, motivated individual to join our inside sales/ project coordinator . This position serves as the bridge between our customers, engineering, purchasing, and production teams.
The ideal candidate enjoys communicating with customers, managing multible projects at once, gathering invormation, and helping move jobs from quote to completion. While this position begins as an inside sales and project support role, there are significant opportunities for growth as the company continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer quotations and proposals
- Communicate with customers regarding projects, schedules, and technical questions
- Coordinate projects from quotation through production
- Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
- Assist with purchasing materials and tracking deliveries
- Work with engineering an production to ensure customer requirements are met
- maintain accurate project documentation and customer records
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and customer inquiries
- Help identify opportunities to improve internal processes and customer service
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Mechanical aptitude or experience reading drawings is a plus, but not required
- Experience in industrial sales, manufacturing, project coordination, or purchasing is preferred
