Assistant Property Manager
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time | Saturdays may be required (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations with a primary focus on leasing and occupancy management. This role is heavily leasing-driven and is responsible for managing tours, applications, and lease execution while serving as a key point of contact for prospective and current residents. The Assistant Property Manager plays a critical role in maintaining high occupancy levels, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the Property Manager in the efficient day-to-day operation of the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional property tours and provide accurate information on available units
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through application, approval, and lease execution
- Maintain organized and accurate records for prospects and residents
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident and prospect inquiries
- Assist with resident relations and help resolve concerns in a timely manner
- Support daily property operations and administrative functions
- Utilize sales strategies to meet leasing and occupancy goals
- Assist with planning and hosting resident events and contributing to social media marketing efforts
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, administrative, or customer service roles preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sales experience or comfort with leasing goals is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively while also managing responsibilities independently
- Proficiency with office software and willingness to learn property management systems
Additional Requirements
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, including criminal history, employment verification, and drug screening

- Flexibility to work Saturdays as needed
