Overview
Hammer & Steel Global, LLC, founded in 1989, is a leading supplier of pile driving and drilling equipment for foundation and shoring construction across the United States. We are seeking a dependable Sheet Pile Yard Laborer - Lead to support yard operations at our Hazelwood, MO location.
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
• Load and unload sheet pile using wheel loader and forklift
• Process inbound and outbound sheet pile orders
• Maintain yard, storage, and traffic areas using skid steer
• Wash, measure, cut, and recondition returned piling
• Operate pressure washer and oxy/acetylene torches
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
• Perform light equipment maintenance if qualified
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform continuous physical labor
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Forklift and equipment operation experience preferred (training provided)
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Subject to background check, drug screening, and physical exam.
