Role Description:
The construction superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction operations, managing construction site safety, organizing project details, and managing the project budget and timelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of workers, schedules, project progress and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, and other team members to ensure project timeline is on track.
- Coordinate materials and equipment delivery.
- Develop relationships that foster trust, collaboration, and honesty.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
