This isn't your average salon gig.
We're Hammer & Nails, and we're bringing something real different to St. George. No more hamster-wheel workdays doing the same 5 cuts on repeat. We've already built a team of skilled artists and are looking to add even more to our Shop! We want those who want to grow; behind the chair, as leaders, and as educators.
Here's the vibe:
- You bring the license, the skill, and the positive attitude
- We provide top shelf tools, premium products, and a solid schedule
- You stay focused on your craft. We handle the rest!
Our membership model means you'll stay booked-and this location already has a strong following. We're looking for top-tier, experienced artists who want to build a solid career in a team environment.
Why barbers dig working here:
- No gimmicks. Just an elevated environment where your craft speaks for itself, and so does your check.
- Leadership & educator tracks for artists who want to level up.
- Real team & Shop support, none of that \"figure it out on your own\" shop energy.
- You're not just hired here, you're family.
We're looking for:
- A current Utah Barber License
- Skills in fades, shaves, beard work, and classic men's grooming
- High level straight razor work a must!
- A Professional who respects the craft and the entire team
- Someone down to work early evenings and Saturdays. Closed Sundays!
What you get:
- Hourly pay plus commission and tips
- All tools and pro products provided at no charge to you
- Ongoing education & training
- Discounts on services & retail
- A team-first culture that actually walks the talk
- This is an hourly position, not booth rent
