Assistant Manager/Front Desk Representative

Hammer and Nails Studio City is currently looking for an energetic, passionate, sales-motivated individual, who is passionate about men's grooming services and loves the community and our brand!

The purpose of the Front Desk Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members and booking them for services. The Front Desk Representative also assists with retaining current members and customers. Services knowledge or background is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes.
• Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.
• Create sales material to present to customers.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must have proficient computer skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group-assisted stretch and retail.
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
