Part-Time Spa Attendant & Member Concierge
Leesburg, VA | $16–$18/hr | 20–25 Hours/Week

Hammer & Nails is a luxury men’s grooming club where elevated service, precision, and atmosphere matter just as much as the haircut.
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Part-Time Spa Attendant & Member Concierge who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment and takes pride in creating an exceptional member experience from start to finish.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both guest-facing service and behind-the-scenes excellence—greeting members, supporting the front desk, and ensuring the shop remains immaculate, organized, and operating at the highest standard.
Schedule & Availability (Hard Requirement)
- Part-time: 20–25 hours per week
- MUST be available to work Sundays and Mondays
- Additional weekday or weekend shifts may be available
- Evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required
Your Impact in This Role
You are the glue that holds the experience together. From the first greeting to the final walkthrough of the shop, your presence ensures every member enjoys a seamless, elevated visit.
Member Concierge Responsibilities
You are the face of Hammer & Nails—setting the tone and creating memorable first impressions.
- Greet and welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with reservations and scheduling for grooming and spa services
- Answer member questions and provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain strong knowledge of services, memberships, and club offerings
- Collaborate with barbers, nail techs, and leadership to exceed expectations
- Support special requests or member moments when needed
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and clutter-free
Spa Attendant & Professional Cleaning Responsibilities
You own the cleanliness, organization, and flow of the shop.
- Maintain spotless floors, stations, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Reset barber and nail technician stations between services
- Clear and sanitize pedicure bowls and workstations
- Proactively support cut, shave, hand, and foot services
- Monitor and restock hot/cold towels, beverages, and service supplies
- Launder capes, towels, aprons, and linens
- Perform routine and rotational deep cleaning throughout the shop
- Conduct regular walk-throughs to catch issues before they arise
- Clean retail displays, front desk, restrooms, and break areas
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly at end of day
- Uphold and help enforce sanitation and health standards
- Support additional Hammer & Nails locations as needed (Leesburg, Reston, Leesburg)
