Hammer and Nails Handyman is looking for a skilled Professional Painter to join our core team in Pittsburgh. As we expand our remodeling division, we need a seasoned pro who can take ownership of the finishing phase—specifically high-end cabinetry and trim work. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all painting and finishing tasks for kitchen, bath, and basement remodels.
- Execute high-quality cabinet refinishing and painting (stock and custom).
- Handle professional-grade surface prep, including drywall patching and fine-finish sanding.
- Paint trim, moulding, and doors with precision and efficiency.
- Mentor less experienced team members on proper painting techniques and job site cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Extensive, demonstrable experience in residential interior and exterior painting.
- Specialized experience in cabinet painting and refinishing is required.
- Proficiency with professional sprayers, rollers, and high-end brush work.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or lead a small crew on-site.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
