Forest Hill Heights Assisted Living and Memory Care is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Line Cook/Chef to join their outstanding team. We are looking for Full time and Part time, hours range from 5:30am-2:00pm and 10:30am-6:30pm! Job Responsibilities:  Assist in the full preparation of meals adhering to all dietary and safety protocols and ensuring accuracy in portion sizing and quality   Adapt recipes and prepare meals in accordance to individual dietary restrictions and preferences   Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service   Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, following all procedures and safety regulations   Job Skills:  Knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills and Knowledge of diverse cuisines   Knowledge of food safety and sanitization practices   Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with staff   Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced team environment   Requirements:  High School Diploma or equivalent  What we have to offer you!  Pay increase every 6 months   Unique Forest Hill Heights Employee discounts   Time off- because you deserve it!
