Job Summary
Under the general supervision of site administration, the Long-Term Substitute Teacher is responsible for providing instruction in a classroom during the absence of the regular teacher. Responsibilities include planning, preparing, and implementing lesson plans; delivering instruction; assessing and monitoring student progress; providing additional support to students as needed; establishing and maintaining positive relationships with students; adhering to district policies and professional standards; and performing related duties as assigned.

This position works at Hamilton Elementary School in the middle school grades as well as provides ag enrichment for grades TK-5. Position Start: August 7, 2026 Salary: $200 per day Work school days only Health insurance benefits Valid California Multiple Subject or Single Subject Credential with CLAD, OR 30 Emergency Credential Work at a GREAT district!!
