Our specially trained Relay Operators make it possible for individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind or have difficulty speaking to communicate over the telephone. We are looking for individuals who have a desire to help others, possess a strong work ethic, have great communication skills, and excellent attention to detail. This is a remote work-from-home opportunity open to Baton Rouge, LA area residents only.

- Paid training & computer equipment provided
- Full Time & Part Time shifts available working 1:30 - 10:00pm CT
- No or limited direct customer interaction

- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be bilingual Spanish/English both verbal and written
- Have a typing speed of 55 - 60 wpm with a high accuracy rate
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Able to maintain strict consumer confidentiality
- Available for 2 weeks of training held 8:00am - 4:30pm CT
- High speed home internet connection. Satellite internet and wireless internet are not acceptable.
- Must be able to hard wire your work computer directly to you home modem via Ethernet.
- Must have a quiet, private, distraction free workspace.
