CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS SPECIALIST – JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Customer Service & Operations Specialist you will provide the highest level of customer service both in-store and over the phone. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn about every aspect of our business, while being immersed in the daily ins and outs of running a luxury fashion brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Develop an in-depth understanding of our merchandise and services to support customer inquiries and drive sales.
· Perform order processing & administrative activities related to in-store and website sales.
· Uphold our high standards for excellent customer service.
There are also specific duties unique to each aspect of the position:
Customer Service
· Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcome atmosphere.
· Effectively communicate with customers regarding our ordering processes and policies.
· Assist customers in placing orders in our storefront, online and over the phone - including offering style advice and helping to select complementary product offerings stocked in our Houston storefront
· Establish, maintain & build relationships with clients.
Operations
· Work with storefront manager to maintain inventory levels and design/execute merchandise display.
· Manage website orders, including order tracking, customer communication and fulfillment.
· Perform administrative activities related to website merchandising and operations.
Qualifications required:
Bachelor’s degree matched with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects and deadlines. This position is challenging but also rewarding. Our office staff is small with a team mentality, and we rely heavily on everyone to contribute their expertise and ideas.
