- Assess and evaluate student progress through formal and informal assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with special needs and English language learners.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Valid Montana teaching certification or license in English Language Arts for middle school.
- Proven experience teaching English at the middle school level is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of middle school curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learners.
