This role works closely with vendors, negotiates pricing and contracts, monitors inventory levels, and ensures timely delivery of materials while maintaining cost-effective purchasing practices.

Job Duties:
- Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain and compare price quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Resolve issues related to deliveries, quality, or pricing discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and purchasing procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to determine procurement needs.
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP or purchasing software preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
