What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin Assistant position at Hamilton Roofing?
- Answer phone calls, emails, etc. in a informative, professional, and timely manner.
- Processing payroll documents, invoices, HR documents to appropriate depatments
- Understand the privacy act, proper ways to address customers and how to make the customer feel that their issue has been addressed.
- Answer questions about organization and transfer or refer callers to the appropriate party.
- Take and deliver messages or transfer calls when appropriate, and provide addresses, directions, and other releasable information.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Performs other duties as needed, such as filing, scanning, photocopying, collating, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20-$23 per hour
Expected hours: 45 Hours A Week
