Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable.
- Carry out floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens in guest rooms and public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Skills
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Experience in floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred to understand guest expectations.
- Familiarity with janitorial practices and industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
- Custodial experience that demonstrates the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
