Plumbing Technician - Full Time with Amazing Benefits & Overtime!

One of our TOP clients is looking to hire a Plumbing Technician with a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial plumbing systems. This person will be part of a small team that services a massive commercial building that hosts lots of major events with thousands of guests / spectators. Please read on for more information!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, install, and repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water or drainage systems according to specifications or plumbing codes
- Interpret and apply mechanical and structural blueprints to plan plumbing repairs and modifications
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each job
- Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean
- Respond to emergency calls as needed
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment
Experience:
- 5 years of professional plumbing experience (Commercial preferred)
- Knowledge of electrical and HVACR systems
- Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, standing, and working in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Perks:
