Hamilton Physical Therapy is looking to add to our team!
We have identified three key characteristics that we are looking for in a physical therapy aide / customer service specialist. First, a positive person! We believe anything can be accomplished with a positive attitude. Second, a person who demonstrates intelligent communication skills with patients as well as with other staff members. Finally, a person who is dedicated. We like to say we are open on Friday because people need our help every day of the week.
Our new team member must be able to multi-task, be computer/tech savvy, not afraid to ask questions, and always try to be one step ahead. This position needs to be held by someone who is a team player and always wishes to help their co-workers. Hours subject to change based on holiday weeks, vacation coverage, and sick coverage.
40 Hour Work Schedule: 9:45am-6:15pm M-F with 30 minute lunch break and with flexibility for vacation coverage.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Comfortable with using computer systems and software programs
As a physical therapy aide / customer service specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will be responsible for always providing exceptional service.
