Hamilton Jewelers Pavilions is a family-owned luxury jeweler in Sacramento, known for exceptional hospitality, curated fine jewelry and timepieces, and meaningful client relationships. We are hiring a proactive, highly organized Operations Coordinator & Sales Support professional to help run the operational engine of the store and support the sales team.
Pay: $25 an hour, bi-weekly pay Location: Sacramento, CA (on-site) Schedule: Full-time; weekend availability required
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service/repair intake: accurate documentation, tracking, and follow-through
- Provide timely, professional client updates throughout the service/repair process
- Handle shipping/receiving, vendor coordination, and repair logistics
- Support CRM/clienteling administration: data entry, notes, task creation, follow-up support
- Reduce administrative load for the sales team so they can stay client-facing
- Maintain organization: checklists, logs, supplies, and back-office standards
- Support store leadership with operational priorities, events, and special projects
What Success Looks Like
- Sales team spends more time on the floor with clients
- Back office runs efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks
- Clients feel taken care of and receive timely communication during repairs/service
- Repairs, shipping, and vendor details are tracked accurately and completed on time
- Leadership feels supported and informed day-to-day
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–3 years in operations, administrative support, or client service (retail/hospitality preferred)
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable learning systems (CRM/data entry; Excel/Google Sheets; email)
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must work on-site in Sacramento; weekend availability required
Preferred:
- Jewelry/watch or luxury retail experience (repairs/service intake a plus)
- POS/CRM experience and event support experience
