What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Worker/ Agent position at Hamilton Insurance Agency?
Job responsibilities include but not limited to are collection of insurance premiums and issuance of receipts. Organize and work with detailed office records, maintaining files for each policyholder. Prepare outgoing mail, billing statements and reconcilements. Responsible for answering customer calls and questions related to accounts. Have good customer service skills and requires a high school diploma but an associates degree in business is best. Agent license opportunity's would be provided.
