Qualifications:
Masters degree; Principal Certification: T-TES certification; administrative experience preferred; minimum 3 years successful classroom experience preferred; demonstrated ability as an instructional leader; proven leadership skills; strong organizational skills; strong communication, public relation and interpersonal skills; technology literate; strong and consistent disciplinarian; working knowledge of secondary curriculum and instruction; ability to supervise personnel and manage campus budget; ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness; highly motivated toward student success; ability to interpret policy, procedures and data.
