SUMMARY & PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Hamilton Home Loans is seeking an energetic, positive, and self-motivated person to join our team and work directly with the Branch on qualifying
sales leads and setting up meetings with potential borrowers and referral partners.
POSITION-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Makes outbound calls to database of clients
· Promotes Hamilton Home Loans through phone calls
· Sets up meetings with potential borrowers and referral partners
· Provides excellent customer service to current and potential clients and referral partners
· Answers phone calls/emails of people referred to our Company and provides them with meaningful information to convert them into a client or business partner
· Handling text communication with leads
· Responsible for identifying goals and objectives of leads and noting the status of each lead
· Responsible for organization of CRM system
· Implement follow up and nurturing plans
SKILLS,ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Exceptional computer skills (Microsoft Office software)
· Comfortable with Social Media
· Organized and able to follow systems
· Exhibits a drive to learn
· A team player and is comfortable working in a business environment
· Excellent Phone Sales Abilities, not just a talker but a converter
· Excellent communication skills
· Experienced in Telemarketing or 1 year of inbound or outbound sales preferred
