Position:Â Lead or Assistant Teacher

What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and joy in learning
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Support children’s growth across developmental domains: social, emotional, cognitive, and physical
- Ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of all children in your care
Who You Are
- A team player who values collaboration and communication
- Enthusiastic about working with young children
- Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn
- (For Lead positions) Experienced in early childhood education with a CDA, associate’s, or higher degree preferred
- (For Assistant positions) Prior experience in a childcare setting is a plus but not required — we’ll train the right person!
