At Hamilton Health Associates, Physical Therapists provide individualized care during 40-minute, one-on-one appointments. You will evaluate patients, establish their treatment plans, guide their rehabilitation, and make clinical decisions based on their progress and functional goals.

Located in Hamilton, Ohio, approximately 30 miles north of downtown Cincinnati, the clinic is accessible from Fairfield, West Chester, Liberty Township, Oxford, Ross, Middletown, and other Greater Cincinnati communities.

You will work a consistent daytime schedule and finish every Friday at noon:

• Monday through Thursday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• No evenings
• Friday afternoons and weekends free

Your Physical Therapy Role

You will manage your patients’ Physical Therapy care from their first evaluation through discharge.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations
• Identifying functional limitations and rehabilitation goals
• Creating individualized plans of care
• Providing skilled, one-on-one treatment
• Using exercise-based and active rehabilitation strategies
• Monitoring patient response and adjusting treatment appropriately
• Helping patients improve mobility, strength, function, and confidence
• Educating patients about their condition and recovery
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
• Communicating with other healthcare providers when coordinated care is beneficial
• Supporting an excellent patient experience
• Contributing to the continued development of the Physical Therapy department

Work With a Varied Caseload

Your caseload may include patients recovering from:

• Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Sports-related injuries
• Surgical procedures
• Spinal conditions
• Upper- and lower-extremity injuries
• Workplace injuries
• Strength and mobility limitations
• Functional movement challenges

The variety of conditions allows you to strengthen your evaluation, treatment-planning, exercise progression, and patient-education skills.

You will have the freedom to apply your clinical judgment instead of following a standardized approach for every patient.

Qualifications

• Ohio Physical Therapist license or eligibility to become licensed in Ohio
• New graduates and clinicians with one to five years of experience are encouraged to apply
• Interest in orthopedic, sports, active-care, or post-surgical rehabilitation
• Strong patient communication skills
• Commitment to personalized Physical Therapy care
• Ability to make sound clinical decisions
• Willingness to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Desire to continue developing professionally
• Interest in supporting the growth of the Physical Therapy department
• Leadership interest is welcomed but not required
