*Job Overview* As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a vital role in the success of our property management team. You will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth leasing process. *Responsibilities* - Conduct property tours for potential tenants and highlight key features - Manage leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and follow-ups - Prepare leasing agreements and ensure all legal administrative requirements are met - Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs - Upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants - Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office environment *Qualifications* - Experience in property leasing or related field is preferred - Strong negotiation skills to secure lease agreements - Proficiency in administrative tasks and documentation management - Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Familiarity with facilities management practices - Ability to build positive relationships with tenants and team members
