Spring Creek Elementary is a PreK-5 school located in Chattanooga, TN. We serve a diverse community of about 700 students. At Spring Creek, we are hiring highly effective educators dedicated to helping us SOAR to high levels of success for all students. We believe SERVICE is at the heart of what we do daily. Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess effective instruction aligned to Tennessee state standards
• Design engaging lessons with clear objectives and measurable outcomes
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
• Collaborate regularly with colleagues and support staff
• Build strong, respectful relationships with students and families
• Create a well-managed, structured classroom environment
• Participate in ongoing professional development and reflection

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid Tennessee teaching license in Elementary Education (K-5) OR current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program
  
  

Compensation & Additional Info

• Salary Scale based on education and experience – starting at $50,000.00
• Eligible positions may qualify for additional pay under the Differentiated Compensation Plan
