What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Services Coordinator position at Hamilton County Auditor's Office?
Hamilton County is accepting applications for a part-time Community Services Coordinator. This position will work approximately 24 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Primary responsibilities include administering the County’s General Assistance and Representative Payee programs, assisting clients with budgeting and financial needs, maintaining required records and reports, coordinating with Social Security and other agencies, providing information and referrals to community resources, and providing general administrative and front-office support.
Additional duties include processing claims and payroll, answering phones and assisting walk-in clients, processing mail and correspondence, maintaining confidential records, and attending applicable meetings and trainings.
Applicants should possess strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, basic computer and financial recordkeeping abilities, and the ability to work independently with the public. Experience in human services, government programs, bookkeeping, or office administration is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
