What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping Clerk position at Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc.?
We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Shipping Clerk on our 1st Shift, Monday to Thursday- 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following:
• Candidate must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours during busy periods of the year.
• Assist in maintaining inventory integrity/accuracy by posting and researching movement tickets
• Perform daily cycle counts in the 1.2 Million Square Foot distribution center
• Perform the clerical duties of filing and preparing Excel worksheets for inventory related data
• Logically solve problems to help in inventory accuracy
• Monitor assigned areas of the warehouse for damaged product/pallets
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Other duties as assigned by Distribution Management Team
Requirements:

Work, supervisory, or other experience required: Minimum 1 year in a large facility.
Education required: HS Diploma/GED is required.
Computer hardware/software skills required: Basic computer skills.

Salary : $16 - $19
