We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Consumer Affairs Representative I at our Southern Pines, NC facility. This is a hybrid, salaried, overtime-eligible role with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Employees work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office days Tuesday through Thursday.
As the first point of contact for our customers, this position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and representing our brand with professionalism and care.

Compensation Structure
This role includes a structured step-increase program designed to support development and reward performance:
- Starting Salary: $39,000 annually
- Scheduled Pay Increases: At 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months, based on performance and tenure
Responsibilities Of The Position Include
- Answer, process, and document incoming phone calls, e-mails, and letters from retail consumers in a fast-paced call center environment
- Learn, demonstrate, and apply knowledge of small appliances
- Crosstrain on specialty brands to support consumer phone and email inquiries, including white glove customer service
- Provide light troubleshooting and sales assistance where needed
- Order and Warranty Support
- Complaint Resolution & Retention
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Six months of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills with experience in data entry, e-mail, and the Internet across multiple systems
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
