We are partnering with a growing Managed Services Provider that is looking to add a Systems Admin to their team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working on Microsoft Cloud and Data Center.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support client infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- Administer virtualization platforms including VMware, Scale Computing, and Nutanix
- Configure and support Microsoft 365 services including Intune, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions using Veeam, Zerto, Azure Backup, and ObjectFirst.
- Deploy and troubleshoot Dell server, storage, and hyper-converged infrastructure solutions.
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability while resolving escalated technical issues.
- Perform infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and documentation across multiple client environments.
Qualifications
- 3 years of Systems Administration experience, preferably within an MSP or managed services environment.
- Strong experience supporting Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and vCenter administration.
- Experience with Scale Computing HyperCore and/or Nutanix AHV preferred.
- Knowledge of Dell server and storage platforms, including PowerEdge, PowerStore, and VxRail.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery technologies such as Veeam, Zerto, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, or ObjectFirst.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS applications, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience managing Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Purview, Defender, and Exchange Online.
- Familiarity with storage technologies including SAN, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, object storage, and hyper-converged infrastructure.
