I'm currently partnering with a highly successful quantitative technology firm that is investing heavily in next-generation wireless infrastructure and RF hardware development.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced RF Hardware Engineer to help build and expand an internal RF capability from the ground up, working in a hands-on laboratory environment with access to exceptional resources and virtually no engineering budget constraints.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and benchmarking vendor RF technologies while contributing to the design, development, testing, and optimization of high-performance RF hardware. The engineer will play a key role in helping to establish and grow the firm's internal RF capabilities, working closely with cutting-edge technologies and supporting occasional field testing activities where required.

We're looking to speak with engineers who have:

• 15–20 years of RF circuit design experience

• Strong hands-on laboratory and test engineering expertise

• A genuine passion for hardware development

• The ability to work on-site in Chicago five days per week
