Having built our name in London, we're now growing our footprint in Austin, from our Congress Avenue office overlooking the city.

The Role:

You'll take ownership of your own desk from day one, working candidates and clients across your market. No two days are the same, and the better you get, the faster you're earning and progressing, with no waiting around for tenure.

What will you be doing?

• Sourcing and speaking to candidates across your market
• Managing the full process from first call to placement
• Progressing from sourcing into full business development as you build your desk
• Growing and owning your own patch, with opportunity to build out a team as it scales
• Hitting targets in a fast paced environment

What are we looking for?

• 1-2 years' experience in an SDR, sales, or recruitment role (real estate experience also welcome)
• Recent graduates with a strong sales aptitude or sales internship experience
• A genuine understanding of what a career in recruitment actually involves
• Confident on the phone and a strong communicator
• Competitive people, whether that's on the field or just someone who hates losing
• Money motivated, looking for a career rather than a job
