Hamill Concrete is seeking General Laborers, Form Setters, Crew Leads, and Foreman for a residential poured wall foundation crew. We work throughout the entire Rochester Metro Area.
Hamill Concrete is a residential foundation company. We install foundations for Lennar, DR Horton, Pulte Homes, and many large and small custom home builders in Minnesota.

Job Responsibilities
- Form, pour, and strip footings
- Form, pour, and strip walls
- Bend rebar for walls
- Assist with layout
- Set panels quickly and correctly
- Install ledge and block downs
- String and straighten forms
- Teach and lead new employees
- Strip walls quickly and efficiently
- Must be willing to work in and maintain a positive attitude in adverse weather conditions
- Possess thorough knowledge of concrete installation and finishing to perform the necessary physical tasks at all work sites.
- Willing and able to jump in and do whatever is needed to get the job done.
- Maximize problem-solving through communication with supervisors and coworkers, work hard to find solutions to problems and collaborate with the foreman on all issues.
- Proper use and care of company property (tools, equipment, vehicles)
- Keep the job-site clean to create a safe and productive work site
- Build relationships with coworkers to ensure that team efforts are maximized and the highest quality product is delivered to our customer
- Enhance the company’s reputation with diligently maintaining the appearance of the job-sites and company equipment. (i.e. clean job site, clean tools, and organized trucks).
Expectations
- Arrive early on the job site every day, start time is 7:00 am
- Have reliable transportation to get to work each day
- Consistently show up to work
- Accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
- Take initiative to complete tasks pertaining to the project at hand. Make good use of any down time.
- Keeping job site, company vehicles, and equipment CLEAN
- Know all company procedures and policies and follow them consistently
- Learn the positions basic responsibilities within 30 days
- Always work safely
- Hard hats and safety vest or ANSI type 2 t-shirt are to be worn every day (Provided by Hamill Concrete)
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle to get to and from job sites
- Valid driver's license
- Physically able to lift and move 60 lbs to 115 lbs wall panels throughout the work day/week
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
