What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Project Manager - Construction position at Hamel Builders, Inc.?
Hamel Builders, Inc. is looking for experienced Assistant Project Manager(s)/ Construction Manager(s) for large-scale projects of $40-$60 million. This individual will assist with the planning, executing, and finalizing the project according to the deadline while keeping within the budget. This includes assisting in coordination of all team members and subcontractors in order to complete projects according to plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists in the preparation of project schedule, RFIs and submittals.
- Performs site visits to monitor for quality and adherence to schedules.
- Assists in the implementation of site safety plans.
- Prepares and submits requisitions and change orders for approval.
- Reviews and approves accounting “Blue Book” with Superintendents.
- May assemble project close-out documents.
- Attends and is prepared for requisition and progress meetings.
Salary commensurate with experience
