We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aide-Per Diem to join our team at Hamden Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. About the Role:

As a Dietary Aide-Per Diem, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks to our residents. You will work closely with our Dietary Manager and other team members to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality food service. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with meal preparation, including food preparation, cooking, and serving

• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

• Restocking supplies and equipment as needed

• Assisting with tray service and delivering meals to residents

• Maintaining accurate records of food inventory and production

• Collaborating with the dietary team to ensure menu quality and resident satisfaction

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience (entry-level)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Basic understanding of food preparation and sanitation practices
