Duties
- Implement behavior management strategies to support positive behaviors and social skills development
- Support participation in community outings, recreational activities, and social events to promote integration and independence
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral health challenges is highly preferred
- Knowledge of special education principles and behavior management techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse populations
- Home & community care experience is a plus; willingness to learn new skills is essential
