Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, providing prompt, courteous, and professional assistance while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Coordinate and assign caregivers to open shifts based on availability, skill set, and patient needs.
- Accurately process payroll for caregivers within the assigned caseload, meeting all deadlines.
- Proactively address and resolve concerns or issues raised by patients, caregivers, or internal team members.
- Previous experience in a home care office setting preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish
