Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Order Selector to join our team. This role is responsible for pulling case orders, repacking produce items into cartons, organizing product by route assignment, and loading orders onto delivery vehicles in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a full-time position with overtime consistently available.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare orders as assigned by the main office
- Repack fresh produce items into cartons accurately and efficiently
- Organize product by designated route assignment
- Load orders onto the correct delivery vehicles
- Operate an electric pallet jack safely throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior order selecting, picking, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Electric pallet jack experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of fresh fruits and vegetables a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a cold environment (approximately 40°F)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 80 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to bend, squat, push, pull, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Work Schedule
- Shift start: 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM
- Shift end: 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM
- Overtime consistently available
- Position is 100% on-site
