Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from initiation to close-out
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, engineers, architects, and inspectors
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, contracts, and safety regulations
• Conduct regular site visits and project meetings
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment
• Review and approve change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
• Track costs and control budgets; prepare progress reports for stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5 years of experience managing commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and teams
• Proficiency in project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP or CCM certification
• OSHA 30 certification
• Experience with design-build or fast-track projects
Physical Requirements
• Ability to visit and walk construction sites regularly
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
