Role Summary
The Senior Technical Manager provides technical and architectural leadership for the web and service integration aspects of ATRRS modernization. This role ensures seamless interaction between the modernized Java/Spring Boot services and the existing .NET-based web interface, while maintaining performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
Location: Remote
Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Define, document, and enforce API contracts and interface standards
- Resolve complex cross-stack integration and performance issues
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to web developers
- Review designs and code for alignment with ATRRS architecture standards
- Coordinate technical decisions with systems engineering and data teams
- Support integration testing and defect resolution efforts
- Define, document, and enforce API contracts and interface standards
Location: Remote

- 10 years in software engineering or web application development
- 5 years in a technical leadership or architectural role
