Be a part of something special!We're seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our development projects. You'll serve as the critical bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This position will require on-site work 4 days/week in Greenbelt, MD. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Delivery You'll own the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering through launch and post-deployment support. This includes defining project scope, creating detailed project plans, managing timelines and budgets, and coordinating across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery.Technical Coordination Working closely with developers, designers, and QA engineers, you'll translate business requirements into technical specifications, facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives, and remove blockers that impede team progress. You'll need to understand web technologies well enough to assess technical feasibility, identify risks, and make informed decisions about trade-offs.Stakeholder Communication You'll maintain clear, proactive communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates, managing expectations, and escalating issues appropriately. This includes presenting project progress to executives, gathering feedback from clients, and ensuring alignment across all parties.Process Improvement You'll continuously evaluate and refine development processes, implement best practices for agile project management, and introduce tools and methodologies that improve team efficiency and project outcomes.Required Qualifications4 years of experience managing web development projects in an agile environmentStrong understanding of modern web technologies, including front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular), back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP), databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructureProven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budgetExperience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platformsSolid understanding of software development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersPMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plusWhat Success Looks LikeIn this role, you'll be successful if you can consistently deliver projects that meet business objectives while maintaining team morale and fostering a collaborative environment. Salary : $180,000 - $210,000
