Senior Technical Project Manager

Be a part of something special!Halvik is currently looking for an agile-experienced Project Manager with Salesforce expertise to join our fast-growing team. The PM shall ensure project success, facilitate open communication, conduct project meetings, act as primary point of contact with the Government, and schedule activities. The PM shall champion the use of agile delivery techniques to plan and execute all tasks. The PM will lead efforts to prepare sprint plans outlining assignments with descriptions of work to be completed and estimated number of hours to be worked. The PM will support requirements gathering and backlog grooming activities, and oversee technical implementation of product features. Pre-sales experience including presentation skills and ability to demo solutions and a strong teamwork ethic are essential.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide team leadership for the complete lifecycle of solution development and delivery    Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and the technical team to ensure a shared understanding of product goals, user needs, and technical feasibilityApply product centric approaches to improve team problem-solving and value deliveryCreate release schedules and roadmaps based on assessment recommendationsEstablish and enforce technical delivery practices and standards that align with the customer's processServe as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.Plans and leads major technology assignments.Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.QUALIFICATIONS4 years managing IT projects using agile methodologies and approaches2 years hands-on experience in a Product Owner/Product Manager roleBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to establish immediate credibility with clients and build consensusExperience in Human Centered design approach and techniquesAbility to collaborate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders10 years of experience serving as an Information Technology (IT) project manager. Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) software development projects.3 years of experience leading and guiding the work of technical staff on a Salesforce implementation projectREQUIREDUS Citizen. Salary : $140,000 - $165,000
