Halvik is seeking a Network Engineer for a full-time role in Monterey, VA.
Responsibilities Include
- Wired and wireless network performance monitoring, network optimization and testing
- IT project management
- Implementation of network security controls
- Advanced troubleshooting and analyzing all elements of the network infrastructure.
- Background in Team Management, Project Leadership, Network.
- Candidate must be able to maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
- Educational requirements include BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Network Engineering or substitute with AA/AS with 7 years of experience.
- IAT Level II (CySA , Security , CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification.
- 7 years of progressive experience in computer system/network engineering, including 2 years of specialized experience related to the tasks.
