Contractor personnel shall support Acquisition/Procurement data integrity efforts by:
- Analyzing Code 02 procurement data to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or omissions that compromise the reliability of reports, metrics, and decision-making tools derived from that data.
- Conducting trend analysis to uncover patterns in data quality, highlight recurring process issues, and identify opportunities to streamline or consolidate metrics that serve similar functions or stakeholders.
- Reviewing AMS data entries for anomalies such as duplicate records, outdated information, or missing fields. Collaborate directly with data owners to resolve flagged issues and escalate unresolved discrepancies through the Code 02 chain of command. If corrections are not made in a timely manner, notify the Code 02 QFP/QSM for further action and coordination with cognizant Quality POCs.
- Validating procurement entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with source documentation such as contract files, modifications, and funding records.
- Confirming inputs to program documentation and deliverables ensuring that all referenced data is current, traceable, and properly formatted.
- Evaluating technical data for consistency and compliance with standards, including; formatting, terminology, and required fields.
- Verifying reported metrics and audit trail integrity by cross-checking data sources, ensuring traceability, and identifying gaps or inconsistencies that could affect reporting accuracy.
