## Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
## Duties
- Sell various types of insurance policies to meet clients' needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on insurance products and services
- Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Assist clients with claims processing and follow-up
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients

## Skills
- Proficiency in sales administration and negotiation techniques
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in outside sales and market analysis
