As a Dental Assistant, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our clients feel like family. You will provide assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures, as well as help with sterilization, ordering, turning over operatories, charting and note taking. The ideal candidate has an associate's degree from a certified school and previous experience as a Dental Assistant. Applicant must have experience with CEREC and be competent in designing CAD/CAM restorations. Responsibilities Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortableDiscuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they haveTake vital signs and accurately record medical historyPrep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and proceduresAssist the dentist during procedures and examsDesign CAD/CAM restorations and help maintain CEREC equipmentAdhere to all health and safety regulations and office policiesSchedule appointmentsQualificationsAssociate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental AccreditationStrong computer and data entry skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to provide high-quality patient care
